Coffs Coast Archery Club is the prefect place to get into a family sport that is disciplined and fantastic fun for everyone. We are a non-profit, outdoor archery club based in Woolgoolga on the beautiful North Coast of NSW. We shoot from January right through to December every year, shooting outdoor 3D, World Archery (FITA) Field and Target.

Please keep informed and up to date on any developments through our facebook page. We will endeavour to pass on any information as soon as it becomes available.

As everyone is aware there are a number of government restrictions and rules that all organisations need to adhere to. Our club is continuing to enforce the guidelines and advice from the NSW government and our archery club’s governing bodies. When you attend any event for the foreseeable future please ensure that you comply with all the rules we are required to adhere to, especially in regard to hand hygiene and social distancing.

With this in mind, when attending any events at the club participants and non participants, are required to: not attend if you are feeling unwell, not attend if they have been to Victoria in the last 21 days, not attend if they have been recently to any of the Sydney or other NSW hot spots (see link below for latest hot spot info), minimise non participants/ spectators, all attendees must complete the COVID 19 Register, all members must sign on, maintain 1.5m social distancing, not share equipment, remove your own arrows from targets, regularly wash hands and use the supplied ( and your own) hand sanitiser.

Current hotspot info:  NSW COVID hotspots

If you intend to shoot at our Woolgoolga grounds you are now required to be both a Coffs Coast Archery Club member and a member of Traditional Archery Australia (TAA), unless you are a beginner who is participating in our “Try us out” program. This is important as membership of TAA gives you necessary insurance coverage when you shoot at the club. You cannot shoot without this coverage.

From now until the end of the year all shooters will be required to show their membership card during sign on, and write their TAA member number next to their name on the sign on sheet.

Membership forms and instructions are available or the Membership/Joining page on this website.

On the 17th and 18th of October CCAC will run two, one day members only 3D shoots, with a total of 30 targets each day, and maybe even the running pig novelty. If COVID restrictions are relaxed in the next few weeks members will also be given the opportunity to camp out at the grounds. More details will be posted on our facebook page.

The next organized shoot will be a Social Saturday 3 arrow walk up, paper target field shoot on Saturday the 26th of September, starting at 1pm at our Woolgoolga Grounds.

Our next 3D shoot is on the 4th of October, starting at 9am.

Check the updated shoot calendar for future events. A notable change in the new calendar is that our Saturday afternoon shoots will be on alternate weekends to our 3D competition, (except for in November). Meaning that almost every weekend there is an opportunity to come to the club and have a go at some form of archery.

BREAKING NEWS- TAA State Titles Cancelled

Unfortunately, we have to announce that the TAA NSW Titles that we were planning on hosting in October, have been cancelled. This was due to a number of factors relating to the COVID-19 situation. The main two factors being the health and safety of TAA members attending, and the limitations and uncertainty created by current and future NSW Government restrictions.
